The terms for using mithAI.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and mithAI ("mithAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, our forms, or our tools (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

mithAI provides AI consulting along with informational content and interactive tools — including assessments, a readiness X-Ray, an agent blueprint builder, and a roadmap generator. The Services are provided for general business and informational purposes. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Submit information you are not authorized to share, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by overloading, scraping, or probing them.
• Use the Services to build a competing product or to misuse our AI tools (for example, automated or abusive volumes of requests).

Our tools use AI to generate outputs such as roadmaps, blueprints, assessments, and recommendations. These outputs are produced automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site or produced by our tools is legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice, and it does not create a consulting or advisory relationship. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it, and you should seek qualified professional advice for your specific situation.

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit through the Services ("Submissions"). By submitting, you grant mithAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your Submissions — including sending them to our AI and email providers — as needed to operate the Services and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share any Submission you provide.

The Services, including their content, design, text, graphics, logos, and the mithAI name and marks, are owned by mithAI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Services without our written permission.

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (for example, our AI, email, payment, and scheduling providers, and our products KYCintel.ai and ClarityAIQ.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mithAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant Service or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mithAI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
